Meet our chef, John Grasso ~
John brings over 30 years of culinary experience and a passion for food to Timmer's.
Growing up in Milwaukee's 3rd Ward Italian neighborhood, John's passion for cooking grew as he cooked alongside his Grandma, Maria who shared her love of flavors.
While Executive Chef at 680 North Restaurant of Tuscumbia Country Club in Green Lake, John was recognized nationally by Bon Appetit, and statewide with the Silver Platter Award.
John is an incredibly talented chef with a true passion for the food he creates and we are honored he has chosen to be a part of our family at Timmer's Resort.
